I wish my country had more amusing stories to share with you, Diggas. However, this situation looks bad. I'm actually going out tomorrow to diagnose the situation so we can build temporary homes for some people. If you feel like warm and fuzzy enough to donate a respectable organization so they can provide shelter and food for these people, you can message me and I can give you some ideas. Remember, it's not only the fact that 54 people died, but many more lost their homes, and some are at risk of losing them as you read this --you know how these things are.?
It's a gigantic waste of money. We're in no mortal danger and we spend more than the rest of the world combined, the military-industrial complex is working for the sake of the military-industrial complex. There's no reason to be spending almost a trillion dollars with so few physical threats to this country.It should be deactivated as it was during the inter-war period, put that money somewhere useful, and use what's left to ensure a speedy reactivation of the war machine if say, I don't know, we're actually in danger, so it can be put to use and maybe spur the economy.

A lot of people can't stand his singing, which is understandable, and while Dylan's voice has deteriorated over the years, to call him a "terrible singer" doesn't quite catch it.What made me a Dylan fan was that he sings with *emotion*. He means it when he sings it. And while he isn't the greatest voice of our time, he really pounds it out. Now, somewhere in the mid-90's, his voice took a dive, and is much harder to make a case for.But listen to *Desire,* where he isn't singing at his best, but the emotion -- the pain -- is still palatable to this day. A powerful album for the emotional depth of his *singing*. If you "get" this, then you can "get" why people like me actually enjoy his singing.Or just put in The Big Lebowski, and listen to "The Man in Me." If you don't "get" it then, at least you've watched a great movie!-Pie
