May I suggest the truth of what happened:The big controversy when Kucinich was mayor was that the city was broke as hell but he wouldn't sell Muny Light. Most of the people got all pissy and voted him out, but later realized he was actually doing the right thing (instead of caving in order to stay in politics). He was out of politics for many years and eventually came back as a state senator and now has been a House member since 1996. Kucinich doesn't have the power or authority to ***** clean up the city police. What the *****? Buried.!

The deaths listed for cannabis are "secondary causes". Meaning it wasn't what caused the death but it was present in the system and may have contributed in some way. Example being someone died from a crash or if someone died of alcohol poisoning but thc was found too.In thousands of years there has never been one death confirmed to be caused by cannabis.
