I'm pretty sure we're too late, and even if we weren't, what the ***** can we do? Our entire way of life is built around fossil fuels that create greenhouse gases. True, we're developing alternative energies, but it'll be decades before they're actually a viable replacement for fossil fuels. I'm still, though, not comfortable with the idea of artificially modifying the Earth's climate. We simply don't understand it well enough, and there could be serious repercussions. I think our best bet is to simply ride this thing out. I realize it won't be easy, and I realize there may be serious consequences to global warming, but the Earth has experienced plenty of drastic climate changes in the past, and life has gone on, so I have full faith in our ability to adapt..

Chad Ochocinco really is what I like to see in a player. Despite his outward appearance of being child-like, he does take the game seriously. I mean, why do we want all of our athletes to be stone cold? Chad seems like he's just a guy who loves to have fun AND play the game, and honestly I'd rather have him then some gun toting/drug loving/trouble making player on my team. And when the NFL was supporting breast cancer awareness, I thought I heard that he would match any fines he received and donate them toward research.

i have one fan in my computer. it cools the power supply. everything else has giant heat sinks. i have a scyth ninja mini heat sink on my core 2 quad that dynamicly overclocks from 2.5 to 3.02 ghz and a radeon hd2600xt that also has one of those giant het sincs on it. no fans what-so-ever except the power supply one, which is pretty silent as it is. no noise, and for normal operation (i.e. websurfing, watch a recorded program or dvd) it idles at about 41C. although if play a video game like left 4 dead on it, that temperature tops out at about 61C. still not bad for no fans and a nice roomy case.tl;dr: dont underestimate heat sinks without fans.
