If government health care included monetary support for abortions only in the event that the mother's health was at risk then it might be appropriate. If a mother has to chose between them or their baby living then it's a health care issue.An abortion is otherwise an elective procedure. Not a health related issue.If the government is going to cover elective abortions then they need to cover boob jobs as well.
