Murder =/= kill. Murder is premeditated, even by colloquial definitions. according to your little example I would be guilty of killing your wife, not murdering her.2. Regarding your other example about OJ Simpson. He was tried for murder. He was acquitted of the charge of murder. People still think he was guilty of murder.
